Upon purchase of a Pro License Key through our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to activate and run the software on up to three (3) personal computers or browser profiles simultaneously.
2. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You may use the software for personal, organizational, and business bookmark workflows. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, lease, or publicly share your issued license key.
3. AI API Key & Third-Party Services
The Software interfaces directly with Google Gemini AI via official client-side APIs. Users supply their own API keys in accordance with Google's developer terms. We do not operate external intermediate AI proxies.
4. Merchant of Record
All financial transactions, invoices, taxes, and licensing processing are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

We do NOT operate external databases or servers collecting your browsing habits, history, bookmarks, or personal details. All bookmark reading, folder generation, and category sorting happen strictly in your local Google Chrome sandbox.
2. Gemini AI Processing
When you trigger bookmark organization or copilot queries, page metadata (title and URL) is transmitted via direct, encrypted HTTPS requests from your browser directly to Google's official Gemini endpoint (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) using your personal API key.
3. License Activation Data
To validate license keys, your browser contacts Lemon Squeezy's official licensing API over HTTPS. Only the license key and an anonymous instance ID are verified. No personal browsing data is ever transmitted.
4. Local Storage
Your API keys, preferred UI themes, target folder paths, and activated license status are saved exclusively in your browser's private chrome.storage.local memory on your computer.
